Oxidized Wax
Oxidized waxes have polar groups such as fatty acids, esters and alcohols. The characteristics of mixing, film forming and reaction with substrates are different from those of saturated hydrocarbons. Depending on its melting point, oxidation degree and reaction selectivity, oxidized wax can be used for rust prevention, PVC internal and external lubricants, inks, batteries, hot melt adhesives, stationery, polishing, wax loss, asphalt and wax modification.
It is the first device in China that uses pure oxygen instead of air as molecular oxidant, with fast reaction rate, few side reactions, good product quality, light color and environmental friendly.
